Leopard Feeds on Porcupine Near Skukuza
A rare and risky lunchtime sighting on the H11 in Kruger National Park.
A leopard was seen in the gully beside the H11, about 2.2 kilometres west of Skukuza 4-ways, feeding on a porcupine it had pulled from a tree. The sighting was witnessed around 12:30 this afternoon and drew plenty of attention, as porcupine kills are extremely uncommon and dangerous for predators.
