At Meddelvlei, a lioness successfully used a boulder to ambush a wildebeest. The sighting was amazing! It happened during the middle of the day, and we have the full video, which we will be releasing soon.

Cheetah were a highlight this week, and it’s good to see so many sightings of them coming from all areas of the park. This fantastic sighting of an adult and juvenile happened closer to the S28, and was our most liked sighting of the week. 4 Lions Try Pulling Live Crocodile Apart
On his way for a drink after a heavy meal, this young male lion still had room for dessert when he came across a wandering crocodile.
Soon after, the rest of the pride joined in, and together they tried to pull the crocodile apart. 😢
